Product Details
The KBK flexible suspension stacker, also known as a suspended forklift, is built from standard KBK modular crane components for high-bay warehouses.
It is designed for high-bay and dense multi-row warehouses in machinery, electronics and light industry, supporting handling, shelving and sorting without specialized operators.
Standard components include straight light-rail sections, suspension devices, trolleys, double-beam trolley frames, triangular connectors, lifting forks, a suspended turntable and electric chain hoist.

Product Features
The upper structure matches a double-beam suspension crane. An electric chain hoist raises the forks, while transverse and longitudinal travel operate like the crane.
Because the equipment is overhead and has a small vertical footprint, it requires much narrower aisles than a conventional forklift, typically only 1.5 to 2 times the rack width.
For an 800 mm rack, an aisle of about 1.2 to 1.6 m is sufficient, saving storage space while placing few demands on floor quality.
